One of the biggest hurdles to get over is the interview for the first job.

You have no work experience? Really, what does the employer want?

Someone who shows up for work when scheduled. Someone who can follow instructions and complete a job without the boss looking over your shoulder. Someone who is a good supportive teammate.

Where have you learned these skills? From your parents. At school. In sports. Volunteer work. (One young lady used her skills in organizing a successful Pom car wash into an excellent part-time marketing job.)
