Picking these flowers which can be quite beautiful doesn’t cost you a penny, yet bouquets from wildflowers are very attractive and are sold in shops all across the country.

By setting up a small table with wildflower bouquets in an area where there is a lot of foot traffic, you should have no problems selling these bouquets for $5-10 each!

Ok, so you’re not going to get rich selling wildflowers, but how does $500 sound?

Six Year Old Boy Makes Money As One Of The World’s Youngest Authors

“A six-year-old boy whose book will be published in the UK later this month has staked a claim as the world’s youngest author.

Christopher Beale completed his 1,500-word, five-chapter novel This and Last Season’s Excursions when he was six years and 118 days old, beating the previous Guinness World Record by 42 days.

Christopher, now seven, from Zug in Switzerland, landed a publishing contract with Aultbea Publishing, based in Inverness, and his book will be launched in London on 25 November.

His story follows a boy and his favourite stuffed animals, his puppy Biscuit, his kitten Daisy and the fierce Big Hinnies, as they rescue owls, fight lions and search for a mysterious moving city, Quarles.

Christopher speaks English and Italian and has his own website, www.cbeale.com, where he says he is working on his second novel, in between playing football and translating This and Last Season’s Excursions into Italian.

The eldest of three children, Christopher also plans to learn German later this year.

Christopher said: “I wrote it in my bedroom after lunch every day. My mum asked me to write a story and I ended up writing a whole book.”

His father, Theodore Beale, 38, is the author of the Eternal Warriors series of Christian fantasy novels. He said Christopher got the idea for the book from stories he tells his sisters, Elizabeth and Victoria.

The youngest published male in the world is a Brazilian, whose book Dragon Island was published in 2003 when he was aged six years and 160 days. The youngest published female in the world was a four-year-old from Washington DC, whose book How The World Began was published in 1964.”

Each day, thousands of people, perhaps even millions, use the website Craigslist to sell things from books to cars to clothes to furniture. The problem that many of them have is that oftentimes, they list their things to sell without pictures. Studies show, however, that advertisements with pictures do better than advertisements without pictures by about 10 to 1. What this means is that if someone is looking to purchase an item and the same item is being sold by two different people – one with a picture and one without, the advertisement that has pictures will sell faster than the ad that doesn’t have pictures. In short, most people will likely buy a product online if there is a picture of the item for sale.

One way how a teenage photographer can make money this summer is by contacting the people who sell things on sites like Craigslist but don’t include a picture with their ad and offer to take pictures for them of their item for sale. The item that you take pictures of could range from furniture to cars to apartments for rent. So, for example, say someone has an apartment for sale or rent but they don’t have any pictures with their ad, you can email them and offer to take an unlimited number of pictures of the inside and outside of the apartment for only $50 and deliver the pictures to them the same day by burning the pictures onto a disc with the CD burner in your computer.

Whatever area you live in, you can target people who list ads in the areas closest to you. You can start out by first sending out emails to people. Then, wait for people to accept your offer. When people respond to your offer, you can set an appointment to meet with them and take pictures of their item for sale. The whole thing should take you no more than 15 minutes. And if you have a laptop that you can take around with you, you can burn the pictures onto a CD and deliver the product to the owner on the spot. In those few minutes alone you can make $50.

This is definitely a way a teenager photographer can make money this summer. In fact, this is a method that a number of people are already using to make money. One person who we consulted with for this article says that using her digital camera, she makes up to $1000 a week taking pictures of people’s items for sale that they advertise on the Internet at sites such as Craigslist. However, Craigslist isn’t the only site that this would work for. There are lots of other sites and I’ll list a few of them below:

Also, special occasions are perfect opportunities to make money candle making. Nothing creates a festive mood during any holiday like the sweet smelling scent of a scented candle.

To make money selling candles, is to make money selling something to people that makes them happy and feel good! However, in order to start and market your hand-made candles. You must be able to compete with cheaper, less stylish mass-produced and often imported products. But, with some thought and work, you can do it!

In your home based business selling candles, you’ll quickly learn that you can do all kinds of things with candles. You can dip them, mold them, roll them, fuse them, layer them, sculpture them or any combination of all those processes. They can be colored by using dye, paint or tint on the outside OR the inside. You can scent them or embed materials such as beads or shells in them. They can be coated or whipped.

Making candles isn’t complicated. It does require time and attention to detail just to keep yourself safe and to make good quality products. For example, when you’re melting the wax, you need to know that wax can catch fire easily. Remember, raw wax is melted and brought to about 180 degrees Fahrenheit. That’s pretty hot!

Another thing to remember is while the wax is melting, all of the additives are added. These might include: stearic acid, coloring and scents. While the wax and additives are melting, you have to make sure that the mold is cleaned and sprayed with release (silicon). Then you need to insert a wick from the bottom and tie it to a stick across the top. The hole in the bottom is sealed with clay.

There are a TON of ways to make candles and make them very attractive and very marketable. Really, the only thing you need to do to get started is to order some supplies and start your business as just a hobby. You can get a basic stater kit here. They offer a complete candle making kits contains all the supplies you need to start candle crafting. Many scent/color combinations are available for you to experiment with.

Once you’re ready to get into candle making full swing, you’ll want to get your wax from as close to home as possible to save on freight (you’ll need about 50lbs. to start). After you’ve made all your beginner mistakes and feel more confident of your candle-making abilities and you have a pretty good idea of the market, you’re ready to consider making it a business.

Create yourself some samples, take some pictures of them and go out and sell them to friends, neighbors, whoever you can find. I discussed the reasoning behind my choice and then I shared with you that a few people are already making a lot of money from buying products from a particular source and then turning around and selling it on places such as Ebay. So, now that you know where to go to buy cheap products to sell, the next thing that you will need to know is how to discover profitable products that you can sell.

Discovering Profitable Ideas For What to Sell to Make Money

One place to look for good bargains is in the Shopping Cart Closeouts which are found near the front of the store near the cash registers. Often, you might even find a whole shopping cart full of a particular item that they are trying to sell off quickly. Because they are trying to sell the items off quickly, the cost may be at a wholesale price or even below. If you think that an item could be a good seller, you can ask someone for the manager and then make an offer to them for a price per item that would make you a lot of money if you sold them. Don’t be shy. You would be surprised to find just how low you can offer to buy the items and still get a positive answer.

Another place to look for ideas for what to sell to make money is the DVD Bins. Walmart’s DVD bins are a goldmine of products to sell. These are the large bins that contain a variety of dvd’s that sell for a cheap price. Sometimes you can even find dvd’s that are selling for 1 or 2 dollars. Being a teenager, you may have the advantage of knowing which movies are popular and which are not. So, to discover dvd’s that you can sell from the dvd bins, set aside some time to go through the bin and pick out the ones that you think are ideas for what to sell to make money. These should be dvd’s that a lot of people are talking about and would be interested in seeing. Once you find something, dig a bit further through the bin and pull out all the copies of that particular dvd. Later on, you will be able to list these on Ebay and have a number of them to offer for sale.

Another place to look for items to sell is in the Red Tag Closeouts. Red Tag Closeouts are products that have the red price tag stickers on them. They have been reduced to a low price for one reason or another. These products could be located anywhere in the store. Every department will have a specific place for red tag closeouts things. The housewares department and the electronics department usually have the best red tag closeout sales and are ideal for reselling on Ebay.

Researching The Profitability Of Your Ideas for What to Sell to Make Money

If you want to do some research to see how profitable an item could be before buying them, then one thing that you can do is bring a small notebook with you when you go to the store and take notes of products that seem like good possibilities. Then, when you get home you can research it on Ebay. One way that you can research on Ebay is to go to the advanced search function of the site and enter as much information about the product that you wrote down. You will also want to select the option that allows you to search by completed listing and search by highest price to lowest price. By searching the completed listing from highest to lowest price, you will be able to see if there is a demand for the item that you’re considering. You’ll also be able to see what other people have sold the same product for. Then, if you price your item somewhere in between the high price and the low price, you should be able to make some pretty good sales. This will give you some pretty good ideas for what to sell to make money. If after comparing the information on Ebay to the information you wrote down, it still seems like it could be a good money maker, then you can go back to the store and buy the products. Don’t wait too long, otherwise the products you wanted could be gone! Once you have the products, you can list them for sale on Ebay

Did you know that you can find things to buy at Walmart and then resell them on Ebay and other online auction websites and make big money? Well, it’s true and a few people are already doing it. That’s right. Many people have already discovered Walmart as a source for wholesale products to sell on Ebay or at at flea markets. They’ve also discovered that they can make hundreds of dollars each week by buying liquidated items at Walmart and then selling them on Ebay, so why not you?

Getting Rid Of Misconceptions

And if you’re wondering how can you buy stuff at Walmart and make a profit from it, then we need to keep a few points in mind. It’s important to understand that Walmart often liquidates their products when they want the shelf space for incoming merchandise.
