As with any other job, you first have to know the minimum age to work in your area. Since MAC Cosmetics is not just like any other job, the requirement in this company is strictly 18 years old and above.

• Must be friendly and have pleasing personality. You will have to deal with customers upfront and talk to them. • Corporate Office – You will be working at the MAC corporate office.

• They are not offering any jobs to models because they use modeling agencies for this.
• Sometimes MAC offers makeup classes, so if you are interested, inquire about it and apply.
• If you are applying at a department store, it’s important to know what their legal age requirement is as well.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A JOB AT MAC COSMETICS:

• Find a MAC Cosmetics near you:  US / Canada / UK /  Australia
  • For US and UK: at the bottom left of the screen you can see a search bar that says, “Find A Store or Event”.
  • Type in your zip code to find local branches within your area. It could be an official MAC store or another store that carries MAC products. Write down the address and contact number of the store where you want to work.
• Contact the person assigned and express your interest in working for MAC.
  • For department or specialty stores, you need to get in touch with the store’s Human Resources department and inform them of your intention.For working directly in a MAC store, inquire with the Store Manager.
  • For a position as a MAC Senior artist or in the corporate office, you will be required to present a makeup demonstration as well as go through an interview. You will also be required to show a portfolio of your past works, as well as a video.
